Collaborate2031 is led by a steering committee organized by Partnership Grand Strand, the nonprofit foundation of Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce (MBACC) and Visit Myrtle Beach. The committee is made up of community leaders, elected officials, business representatives, and residents who are committed to shaping a stronger future for Horry County.
